In 2007, I didn’t set out to build just another company. I set out to create something with heart. Something deeply personal. Something that could change lives.

Family Source Consultants was born from a place of lived experience, compassion, and a drive to make a difference. As someone who has been both an egg donor and an Intended Parent, I understood firsthand the vulnerability, hope, and emotional complexity that come with building a family through third-party reproduction. I also recognized what was missing: an agency that truly led with empathy, transparency, and a commitment to putting people first.

That’s why I built a purpose-driven business—one where mission comes before margins, and where values aren’t just marketing words, but the foundation of every decision we make.

Purpose Is the Pulse of Progress

In today’s business world, consumers are savvy. They’re no longer just buying products or services—they’re investing in people, stories, and values. They want to support companies that stand for something.

Leading with purpose doesn’t mean abandoning profitability. In fact, I’d argue it’s the opposite. When your business is rooted in authenticity and built around a clear mission, you attract aligned clients, partners, and talent. You create loyalty. You build trust. And you stay resilient, even in seasons of uncertainty.

The Power of Values-Driven Leadership

Purpose-driven leadership isn’t about grand gestures or hollow slogans—it’s about the daily decisions that reflect your core values.
